Ehh. Retreating to "we're all going to die anyways". Gross. Yes we'll all die, but some will die more comfortable than others.

Usaid cuts alone are projected to kill like 15 mil people. You'll be fine though. No worries.

We’re not helping. We’re interfering in natural selection for warm fuzzies at the expense of the American tax payer.  Its also an area ripe for abuse and corruption.
