Golden Teacher mutant.
Looks like a mushroom stem followed by its cap and then another stem growing out of it. Wouldnt it be cool if it fully matured and did not abort.

You have the same type of overlay or whatever that is, the dense mycelium, that I had on mine but mine didn't pin at all so I removed it to see what happens and the new mycelium is very thin and looks more like it could pin.

I used CVG as casing and I don't think it really works :/
