I hate how leftists need to vote for centrist parties to stop right parties, if you were to ask people if they like socialist policies without saying that's what they are a lot of people would say yes sounds good

Yet they vote liberal every election, I'm talking more Canada as we have three main parties right now not 2 (maybe not for long how the new Democrats are doing this year), and even the greens get some votes

My area is hard core conservative, and I've heard some braindead takes on Facebook, I'm stupid myself and I could tell these takes are dumb, but I try to remember that Facebook might attract these people and it's not representative like I picked a random guy off the street, more like I picked a random guy hanging around the stupid club

Well... we voted for single payer healthcare, and we got romneycare. People are fed up with the shitlib democrats... Who can't even manage to get government negotiated drug prices when the American taxpayers subsidize all the fucking research to develop those drugs.

They are uninspiring, and can't turn out the vote.

I think we will have to wait until the utterly disenfranchised younger generations (Millenials and younger) become senior citizens, for any real change to occur, in a positive, left-direction...
