Here are some pictures of a couple  shoeboxes 6qt. My grain jars showed signs of BACTERIA  alot  of members suggested just making shoeboxes since the grow may fail. After several people advised me to just throw everything away, I took another members advice and downsized and tried out the shoeboxes. Well here are pictures of the first 2 shoeboxes that have started fruiting. There should be more shoeboxes fruiting soon

does dark mix a easier or harder than milk (baking) chocolate?

it was going super smooth for me but I got a bit impatient and added more shroom powder at at time and then I had to hurry up and mix it before it solidified (I used milk chocolate). 

was hoping to add 15 but was not mixing well at all at that point

mold was great super easy even to get the chocolate out

Yeah dark chocolate holds a lot more powder. You can keep it heated while mixing it in with a double boiler. I just put the trivet from my pressure cooker on top of a pot of boiling water and then the bowl of chocolate on top of that. Also the chocolate will get pretty thick and doughy but it’ll work fine you just have to vibrate the molds a little bit.

Looking good that’s a solid pinset. A little bacteria isn’t usually a problem, but you are way more likely to only get one flush before it molds. So it just kinda depends how you feel about that. Of course if it’s super bacterial and all wet and splotchy it’s not gonna be worth using.

A shoebox of ghost blobs. Pity. The casing was too packed down and shallow.

I have two zip locks that seem to be doing well though, if a bit crowded. This is 4 to 5 days after pinning.
