What sized jars did you use for those? They look like lil mini cakes. I’d line the bottom of a 6Q shoebox with those and top with coir instead of fruit them like that, personally.

I must say this, you may have issues later on with consolidation. Just a heads up.
Sadly there are few cakes who suffer from bacteria (in the midst of the cake) so that the mycelium grows around it. Lets wait for 2 more weeks.

In the future if your insecure, wait for 10 days after its all white fluffy mycelium then cut a cake in halft.
