Much better they don't look bad, pretty good actually. I'd transfers them another time to see how they look before going to grain. What number of transfer generation are they? Or are they spore germination plates?

Fellas, we got growth. I think I have working agar. This was transferred less than 24 hours ago. I’ve never gotten growth like that.

All that remains to be seen is duplicating success. But I am really stoked.

Today's agar work.
Jack Frost, Nat, Ps. Tampanensis ATL#7 Cosmoplex, and APE

And a T1 APE clone plate with some weird/random growth that I decided to try and clean up. I took some transfers from around 2-3 o'clock. (to be continued..)

Thank you... I did some transfers last night. Feels good to have some good growth after a failed attempt with old syringes. It's been 5 years since I have done agar work. 🙏🏽
