Brewers yeast is a byproduct of making beer, it comes from malt.
Taste bitter, wife resistant. "brewer’s yeast is a byproduct of grain fermentation"

Nutritional yeast is made from sugarcane and beet molasses. It is
sweet, goes so good on popcorn my wife eats it all! But keeping her
high on B12 is worth it.

I'm no expert but if the gills are that dark and it hasn't dropped spores there's probably a pretty good chance it's PE

That is a beautiful work of art. If not for the fruits it will provide, its such a shame to chop it up and throw it into jars.

@bigfoot: definately more fae...i think a few shop fans could help that out
