Cool, thanks Jake. 

These plates are more wispy than what I’m used to but seems like that’s what I should be looking for if I read your posts right.

You ever have cultures that draw up the small amount of pigment in agar?  At lest I think that’s what’s happening.  Myc looks healthy and there’s no grainy look that you get with molds.  The little bump next to the wedge is where a small piece of agar fell off.

Yeah I got a few ways im gonna run that, also the SC will be available in the fall, I thought it would be sooner but it’s gonna take all summer to prep inventory

I planted some healthy Caerulescens sub a few months ago and covered with potting soil.  Seems fast from what I’ve read, but it’s starting to put out some small fruits.  They don’t look particularly healthy and looks like something has been nibbling at them, which hasn’t happened on any of the wild fruits I’ve found in my yard.

New to outdoor grows.  Could it be the myc just isn’t strong enough yet?  Do I need to add more potting soil?  Water more frequently?  Or do I need to try something totally different?

Yeah, I've gotta try that recipe too. I have ceaurulipes on agar that is horribly bacterial. Trying to figure out how to salvage it because I have no spores for back up.

I use 6g agar ~ 6g LME ~ 400mL water.  Most of the time I’ll bring it to a boil in my microwave prior to PC’ing.  If I don’t, I end up with some dark spots where the agar and LME haven’t fully dissolved. 

These have been kept in the room I use to fruit so temp is 75 - 80F with 12 on : 12 off lighting.

Right now I’m experimenting with sugar cane, those are grain to straw to SC they are almost fully colonized but the have another 2 months

Hey guys, quick question : Jalisco grain jar colonized like this in 3-4 days : Healthy or contaminated ?

The old agar plate doesn't seem bad, the new transfer looks healthy too and runs really fast.
