Hell yeah, I got a good pinset on my first try (brf to coir in SGFC) but I think I just let it dry out to much because the pins shriveled and aborted but those pins were alot skinnier and smaller then this one

My main worry now is that what if I mislabelled a jar and its actually a cube, hahaha I did that a few weeks ago with Reishi on accident

Ok I just talked to Alan I was right they are closely related to zaps, so they should do good on the sugar cane

Right on, thanks!  I’ll have to give it a try on my Pans.  If the culture is still contaminant free after taking xfers I hold onto them as well and sometimes use to colonize grain.  Have a few Caerulescens cultures I’d like to get your feedback on as far as where to take xfers from.

1.) Was thinking about taking several transfers from the 10 - 2 o’clock positions.



2.). This one I was thinking 5, 7 & 9 o’clock.



3.). Probably at least one from each of the three sectors.



4.).  From the 12 o’clock position at least.
