Kayne is probably half retarded.  The usual rap bum who got rich and married for status.  I think he'll change his mind on many things when they get old and outdated.

I am in a minority on the shroomery, as I frequently defend the opposing side when they have a point about something or when my side make believes something about them.  I also attack my side if I think they're wrong.  People here get very confused by that and think it means I prefer the other side.

If the Dem party doesn't bring back strong borders in America, their chance of surviving is slim, imo.

Make two changes, a very very strong border hard Immigration laws -- and the Dems will probably win win win win win.


I think they will win anyway because Trump's an ass, but I do think you make a good point on what would be politically expedient. If they let the immigrants who are here now stay and tried to keep future ones out they would gain a lot of voters. If they got big into deportation I'm not sure if it would be a net gain.

But all of us lefties on the forum know you aren't going to keep illegals out, but there is political capital in trying to or even talking about it.

I really despise the way much of society glorifies and values celebrity as if, generally speaking, opinions of famous people carry any more weight than those espoused by some of our friends.

I also hate how dumb society as a whole continues to be; there is no excuse for our stupidity when the majority of us have the accumulated knowledge of all of mankind at our fingertips.  From the disdain for academia to the dumbing down of the electorate to the seeming obliviousness of the proper usage of our/are, here/hear, their/there, etc, it irks the fuck out of me.

And I fucking hate how people continue to vote against their best interests simply because a career liar or a celebrity or a talking head on teevee told them to do so.

He's not.

But it is true to say that the Dems have changed. They are all on video supporting physical barriers and deportation, but now they don't.

Again, I didn't change. They did.

Notice how the Danish party to the left is winning power back by supporting borders again.

The US will never be like Denmark, we have too many people that want to destroy the their own nation. That doesn't happen in homogeneous countries.
