A mexican threatened me with a gun

So, yesterday my friend and I + my cousin decided to go for a skate session. We showed up to the skate park and started skating.

A bit into I hear a muffled yelling so I looked over and there is my friend Alex yelling at a group of mexicans. I was wondering why he was getting so angry so I walked over to him.

I asked "what is going on". turns out one of them had stabbed him about a year ago for no reason, had been sent to jail in some other state got out and came back.

so, now he is sitting there exchanging insults, and he calls out this guy asking for a fight.

Well, like an average mexican they leave. 10 minutes later the same 3 guys with a few extra now totaling 6 mexicans roll up.

They step out of their car and starting staring down alex. So, he walkes over to them to initate something.

by now us Caucasian skater type guys are conversing letting everyone know a brawl may break out and to be ready.

We all stood back and let Alex take care of his own battle for now.

Alex walked over and said "I want a fair fight, me versus him, no weapons".

(you have to do this with these types or they will all come at once)

So, now there we were whites standing across from the mexicans with Alex and the other guy in the middle.

Alex proceeded to take off his shirt and out on his earbuds (I guess music helps him fight).

They started to circle each other a bit and the mexican started to through punches like a windmill. Alex deflected about 15 swings and then POW, we all heard skin on skin bone to bone alex's fist to the mexi's face.

Someone on our side decided to pull out a camera to tape the fight, and instantly the "leader" of this gang walked over to me for some reason and stuck his hand behind his extremely over sized sweatshirt and said "put the fucking camera away or I am capping your ass"

I kind of chuckled a little and said I dont have a camera. he said some shit in spanish and walked away.

Well, by now the kid that alex had just smashed was talking with a slur and the fight was pretty much over.

So, we went home and smoked a bowl.

It's cool when people can fight on a real level. I hate when sucker punches and beer bottles are in the mix. Everyone respects a fair fight.

The kid stabbed him a year back.  His buddy called him out for it.  You guys are letting the word "Mexican" cloud things.......  politics.... meh


Nothing to do with staring, nothing to do with anything about anything other then some dude stabbing some other dude, then getting his ass beat a year later for it.

Hey at least your friend didn't say an eye for an eye and slice him up.

At least his crew didn't jump in.  You guys had skateboards though....

You are right about the reasoning cheezit.

My friend def wanted it a legit fight.

I am just so sick and tired of having to watch my back around certain people. And I am not much of a racist, but when a certain group of people prove me right in my assumptions all the time it kind of points twards a generalization.


And I never actually saw a gun, so there is a good chance that he didn't. Just came as a shock to me. It has only happened once before, by a person of the same ethnicity.
