The same way that anything else can be. How could a bunch of atoms be Edgar? How could the sum of everything Edgar did/was be Edgar?

I would like to put forth the claim that no one verifiably exists; which is just an extension of your first statement.

We perceive Swami to exist, but does he really?

If someone tells us it is raining outside, does that make it true without us checking it first? If our senses tell us something is there, does that make it true? Couldn't one solely create everything in their head?

If you believe that something is true simply because you perceive it to be true, you need to try taking a high dose of datura and think about that.

Well if someone continually makes posts in a Swami-esque enough fashion that we consider that "someone" to be Swami, then yes that "someone" is Swami.

To think that anyone IS who they say is laughable. Most of our self image is built on falsehoods and stereotypes because we don't even know ourselves...how can others pretend to know us? We are all blatant fabrications that started just before birth and were handed down to us.

I am a mystery and a surprise to myself.

I hear that! I came home the other day and was like, "Who messed up my room while I was gone?" I was gonna go out last night and was taken aback. "Who spent all of my money?" Last week, my body did something really bone-headed. Wasn't "me" though! Not sure who it was...
