What I usually do is slightly adjust the Brightness, Contrast, and Saturation. I apply a subtle LUT to minimally unify the color palette across different photos (since I take them at different times of the day), along with a bit of grain. It's so I can make a collage later on.

Either way, I always keep the originals.

Still, I'm miles away from the photos of many fellow members here. I've seen so many stunning photos on the forum. Mine is just amateur workβ€”I hope to improve over time.

I like em too, been meaning to ask about it. Nice soft contrast/non true black sort of effect and the grain is a nice touch. Always looks so cohesive and dreamy in a way, nostalgic.  Dig it

A clone sample on agar creating a mycelial rainbow



Albino Country Cock on straw, probably 2qt. Took a while to harvest them because I wanted to see if the pins would grow on those blobs, but things were getting too dark. Only around 550g wet, so worst yield than my coir ones. I did swab and clone the guy who is bridge posing in the middle.



He's got a fat cap







Some reverse gill situation, but I was not in the mood to try cloning a mutant. Seems inherent in the sample I have anyhow which is a clone. Showed up when applied to straw vs coir.




Another ACC tub, but this one I am harvesting tomorrow, alongside some late bloomer CBs.

and finally, I bought some shitty WBS that is full of cracked wheat, split in half. Was worried it would be a total fail, but shaking as soon as the pressure was down made it not form into total mush. I did the same ratios for millet, and used my leftover Eungella and ACC LI on the jars.

Surprisingly the boil ziplockedchips I expanded to from small amounts grains few months back is clean?! (That's the chips I took to clone my caerulescens) Or it looks like it sofar its starting to jump off chips to agar n no nastys have showed up sofar
