Dude this is a tyrannical leader. He's not making decisions that could benefit us. His decision-making is irrational to say the least.
You can't pick a war with five different countries and expect to be able to actually govern properly. He's stretching himself way too thin to try and project a strong man persona because people keep asking about his weird crinkled hands.

He just got finished bragging about another good cognitive test...
I don't think he understands that most people never get those in their lives. Why would he need so many back to back?

I do think it's kind of one of those things that will be very hard to duplicate on the person who perpetrated it. Because of course they will be prepared for something that they were already thinking about.

If you think that's gonna change the way things have already been, it's not.
I'd say the democratically elected leader of Myanmar being removed by the military junta that was supported by China is how things have been going for a while.
This is the first time that the USA has done it in recent memory though.

Wouldn't that be playing into Trump's hands?
It would justify what he's just done and it would further justify whatever he wants to do.

I think that would be a huge mistake. The best they could do would be a silent takedown and they probably wouldn't even take credit for it.
That way you could avoid any repercussions or reprisals.

Overthrowing dictators is always good. If another one replaces them, overthrow them too. Just keep overthrowing.

Even if it never results in anything better, it's a net benefit because every dictator who comes to power should know that they're going to be in prison or dead very shortly. Overthrowing dictators is an inherent good in and of itself.
