Ok, well, I mostly agree with Nushroom here, and a lot with club99 and mcman, I also a little bit agree with bp, but not really.
I actually say fuck em. Human kind is so royally screwed because of what we have done to ourselves in the last couple of centuries. We are overpopulated as hell, and it aint getting better, this gives room for a couple more thousand of people. Now don't get me wrong, I dont think that killing humans is good, and if it was me or my family in that situation it would be a bit different, but the fact is that humans have done this to themselves. It wasn't a bunch of other animals up their on suicide missions. It was humans.
The only person I have heard mention anything about the animals, plants, and other wildlife if Nushroom, this means he is my kind of guy. You people are focusing on the thousands of humans that were killed, but dont even care about the animals that surely died as well.
Maybe the buildings were infested with rats, I dont hear anyone crying over their death. And why is this? Because humans consider themselves better than any other species on the planet. Any human that thinks they are better than a rat makes me sicker than a human who can kill thousands of innocent people.
So personally, my heart goes out to any other animal species who died in this tragedy, and the humans, well, tough luck.
I just await the day for the karma to hit the humans, we are all going to be fucked, and that is the way it should be.

1 i don't know about the CO2 , although given that the u.s. uses 3 times as much gasoline as europe and accounts for 1/3 of the transportation energy used in the world and that is expected to increase steadily unless we start taking alternative energy methods seriously, would imply that the u.s. is certainly one of the largest contributors to various types of pollution, despite some limited environmental precautions.
2 maybe an israeli a day since 1950 is an exaggeration, but its commonly known that there is currently approx 5:1 ratio of palestinians to israelis killed, and 6:1 ratio for palestinian children to israeli children killed, and the israelis used nerve gas against citizens in gaza, and the israelis essentially declared war on palsetine when they kicked them out of their homes in 1948-49 because their religion told them to, then launched several wars against other arab countries in retaliation for them harboring the palestians who had gotten kicked out and were trying to retaliate. so when a small people without an army or real government is kicked out of their home and the attackers are supported by humanitarian countries because of israeli influence in the government, they turn to terrorism as their means of fighting back. the israelis are killing the palestinians because they don't care about them (they are the bastard children of abraham, after all) and they are occupying a city that belonged to the jews thousands of years ago. the palestinians have been killing themselves to kill israelis (suicide bombings) out of desperation to save their people. now the islamic fundamentalists are a different issue, they are much worse than hte israelites and are probably behind this bombing, but the palestinian people certainly have a right to fight back against the israelis. it is a war, after all, with israel being the aggressor.
and the bombing... osama bin laden was at one time a valuable ally to the u.s. .. until he saw that all their "humanitarian" activies were motivated by self-interest... islamic fundamentalists aside, we have created an atmosphere where the arabs think "well they don't care about us, so i don't care about them."
try to be more open-minded... for someone who values liberty above all else you sure are quick to trash people for having different opinions. my opinions are what they are but they may change as i get new information, they usually do... no one ever understands the whole picture. fundamentalism of any sort is dangerous.

Whats wrong with you people?!? Thousands of our species die, and talk like it is a good thing. You are seriously fucked! How many innocent people must die. HUH!?! And since when did people become responsible for the acts of their governments and oppressors. Na Man, that kind of talk aint cool. The intolerances of each other's beliefs,
teaching children to hate and perpetuate violence, general ignorance, and a knee jerk

But personal liberty now I fear is in jeopardy. Certainly that is of utmost importance

if we do not bomb the people responsible for this, we will have more and more attacks like this. We must make an example and show the world that America will dispose of the garbage that wants to end freedom for everyone. If we have to reduce one or two desert countries to holes in the ground...well ,i guess that would get the point across.

McMan, every time i read your post you convince me how a nice good intelligent guy you are.....
sadly most of the people here isn't aware about the world facts. they ignore what is history, i must add that the usa media has done a very good job hiding all the evil things the usa government has done.
but really is the people itself that don't care....in italy there's the same situation....most of the people simply don't want to use their brains. they accept everything the media and the government says as an absolute true, they don't ask if is real or if other people are suffering from our actions....
there's nothing we can do...we could write rivers of words trying to explain, but if the referent is deaf and blind (or just want to) there's nothing we can do....
there's a minority of people that have a higher conscience, you, me etc...
this is the world we live in

Is an American life more worth than others?
It just seems like that some times.
10000 people in wherever is killed then it`s not a big deal,
but when americans are killed it is a big deal.
Is it three sand niggers for every american, is that what the rate is?
(By the way, yes this disaster was fucking horrible and I don`t sympatise with whoever did it, the question was more of a food for thought kind of thing, so please don`t get me wrong. I just wanted to comment on the "they are all just a bunch of camel fuckers anyway, so who cares let`s just bomb them all to hell!" kind of attitudes some people have here. Just don`t fall to the terrorists level and get all bloodthirsty. That is exactly what they want. Bin Laden wants to piss off the US into doing something rash.
