when i was a kid i thought it was silly that in the dragon ball series the president of the world is a literal dog. now, i don't think it is silly at all.

You just don't understand doctors and dentists use fentanyl to knock people out instead using other older drugs that require a trained anaesthesiologists. 50 cents for 2 hours of knock out time with no risk. You think they didn't tax laughing gas " in order to reduce drug abuse".

Canada is the biggest supplier of legal fent. Make all drugs legal and nothing of the such bs will happen.

Shit I've been ripping into the Dems but Cory Booker poured his heart out yesterday, go listen to what he said he's own words don't get told what to think by some talking heads.

We're in a crisis of institutional legitimacy right now and I'm glad to hear t least someone from our leadership admit it. I am already wearing it on my sleave, I know as a young person these people don't deserve my respect as its my future and wellbeing they're lighting on fire.

I remember being a young person and warning that homeland security and the Patriot act were stupid and dangerous. Then in my early 20s these fucks crashed the housing market just as I was going out on my own as a plumber. Spent a decade struggling to pivot, got a really good opportunity then COVID came along made 3/4 of that industry collapse. I won't even address the terribly mishandled response to the pandemic that caused so many excess deaths. Now here we are and these pricks are trying to kill Medicare an SS that I've paid into for 25 years.

Nah let's overanalyze this shit. Post WW2 Japanese "democracy" has really been single party rule by the Liberal Democratic Party. Have you noticed it's kinda weird and strange how Trump meets with spiritual leaders like... the Moonies? Remember Abe getting shot over his ties? Yeah the LDP has been full of such saviory clowns for awhile such as the Prime Minister Koizumi who was so charming and obsessed with Elvis (I'm getting weird Milie vibes...)

Anyway as with art anywhere anime reflects a lot of counter cultural and left wing opinions about the state of society. Toriyama depicting politicians as a dog perhaps was indeed a caricature of how he saw Japan's leadership - dogs wagging their tails being good boys for their masters...

Trump's social media rambles reflect no reality, and no logic. We do live in a world that is real, and one that is based upon quite rigorously logical physical laws. Try as they might, nothing can change that, and reality always wins, because of course.

Reagan's campaign made a huge deal of the government's rising debt during the "stagflation" era. Managing this debt was a huge justification for austerity and the attack on welfare. Of course, was the governments budget deficit reduced by Reagan? He was spending billions on space lasers! (He even refused Nuclear disarmerment over Gorbachev asking him to sign a piece of paper saying those wouldn't be deployed for 10 years... I am dead serious... what could have been...)

The rinse and repeat today is quite obvious. So the question that should be asked is who owns this debt that is continuously invoked to fuck with us? Don't think smart people aren't pulling the strings...

Time to play the uno reverse card. Trump campaigned on "Making America pray again". Fuck it, yeah let's do it. I'm a real bible thumping Jesusfreak myself. There were some dragon balls and if at some point somebody had gathered all them together and just so happened to get the dragon out and their little kid came out and got to make the wishes before they could. You could end up with dinosaurs running around at the same time as people and you’d have Anthropomorphized human like animals running around.
