Dudeism is a philosophy inspired by The Dude, the main character of the film The Big Lebowski. Highlander is a film series with one great film and a whole bunch of bad sequels But the original film was so great that fans are still waiting for a worthy continuation (or reboot, at this point)

But to get more on-topic... I've been reading up on water agar and thought it might be the way to go when trying to get from "a dubious LC" to "a clean cubensis mycelium". Or are there other teks with a higher success rate for someone in a similar position?

You want to grab from the best looking growth, normally more thick ropey looking stuff. I'd grab multiple samples from this one plate, then grow them out, see which ones grow best, choose new sectors, and keep going until you have perfect even growth, ideally.

Grab a sample from the middle, the thicker bit at around 11 o clock, 7 o clock or at least that s my intuition. Small samples
