Step 1: Get super baked while cleaning the kitchen at the end of the evening and listening to podcasts.

Step 2: Going "Oh, shit, I gotta make agar"

Step 3: Putting some filtered water in a small saucepan, straight from the Berkey tap. An amount.

Step 4: Saucepan on burner.

Step 5: add agar (an amount), food coloring (a drop or whatever comes out of the container) instant potato flakes (a shake), and local honey scraped from an old container (a knifepoint).

Step 6: Bring to a boil, let boil until agar dissolves.Turn off.

Step 7: Go smoke more weed and watch Netflix. Check on saucepan when I happen to be in the kitchen looking for munchies. Assess the consistency of the agar. If good, reheat and pour into plates to cool. If too watery, boil off some water and go back to smoking weed and watching Netflix until cool again.

Step 8: Let plates cool, cover, wrap, and throw into the IP.

Step 9: Go to bed.

FYI.  Berkey is being sued for misleading claims and not actually filtering lead and other harmfuls out of tap water.

We tested ours, it failed.  Threw it away and replaced with RO personally.

I don't think so.  Sounds like it has been dismissed because of lack of evidence of harm done and they are not ansi certified filters so liability is on the consumer.  All I know, is we had ours tested, and it only tested fractionally better then tap water.
