No, natural dyes do exist. Also confirmed with supplier πŸ‘.
Easy killer, no need to mislead. Knowledge is power.

I have a purple dye in my cupboard that has red #3 in it. In no way was I misleading anyone or making anything more than an inquisitive observation. I was, infact, sharing true knowledge. So please don't patronize me thank you.

Likewise. Is the contents of your cupboard the only thing available in this world? Sounds more like a narrow assumption. Maybe include your source next time, instead of insinuating ALL purple dye.
I have done a lot of reading here and very little talking. Many are quick to regurgitate words in which they have no real individual knowledge/ experience.

Rum is a super knowledgeable dude. Very helpful and quick to share information that might mitigate difficulty.

No need to measure penises here. We are just sharing information.

β€œhey, they actually make a natural purple dye! it doesn’t have any #3 in it, so it’s totally good to use. been getting great results with it ”

is just as easy to say & a much more positive way to share information. rum is a super cool member here & i’ve only seen them take correction gracefully. no need for the weird tone

Natural dye doesn't hold up well in the PC which is why very few people, if any, use it. Besides, clear plates are cooler anyway

On that note I have a hypothesis. Even if you were using a plate colored with red#3, wouldn't that just make your iso more robust?

That's not because of the color you chose. You need to use gel coloring instead of liquid coloring in order for it tu survive the PC

I have a liquid food coloring which doesn't have any problems pc'ing.
I had the same problem with the one I used before, and that one contained sugars. So my assumption was the problem were the sugars. My new coloring doesn't contain any source of sugars.

But maybe I am totally wrong and the problem was something else?

Yo Sporical you had a rough day or something? Go back to the beginning of this discussion.

I asked rumfor if all red contained that #3.

His answer legit was

Actually here it is :

So my point being, why attack him and start an argument? Rum is, IMO, one of the most helpful and pacifist members here.

Drop it. Let's move on.

No, it's the natural or vegan or organic coloring that breaks down in the pc. Regular ol liquid coloring does just fine.

The myc will destroy it though, through digestion.
