Of course states can sue other states, but a state has to show actual harm. Texas has not been harmed by the manner in which another state runs its elections. A State has the right to determine how electors are selected. If a state decided it would delegate its electors based on a roll of the dice, they could do it. Anther state doesn’t get to complain. This lawsuit is the biggest joke yet.
