That's not cracker dry... shouldn't even weigh 8g total... 9-11% (usually below 10%) is typical, you're pushing 16%

It is cracker dry, it was already a little dry when i weighed it the first time. The cap was partially cracked upon picking, and as you can tell by the open cap it was a bit overly mature.


Also, maybe i'm mistaken and math is done a different way with drying mushies, but isn't 9.2g (dry) /85.1g (wet) = 10.8% dry weight, 89.2% water?

I misread... I thought you were stating a total of 12.9g... my mistake, that's more feasible lol... I'd just hate you put it up and come back to chewy fruit
