This is the f3 lineage from gill swab on previous. Yes multispore. The dense pinsets are in my old iris clear stack tubs. They have a much wider footprint than the purple latch sterilites. I also feel so far yield has improved by about an ounce per tub using them again compared to my purple latch sterilites.
Two on the left above are iris clear stack. One on the right is purple latch sterilite. Ive basically pulled almost 8oz dry off the first flush two posts above on a 6 quart spawn tub in the purple latch iris. Im hoping the iris tubs give more yield. Comparing wg and this aide by side i can get 8z dry or more on first flush from 5 quarts spawn. Different strokes. Reports on these are comparable to ape. Everyone loves them and say they are very energetic and great for outdoors.

Oh wow an ounce is good jump. I guess it makes sense if youโve got everything dialed in and increase surface area.

I think I got wet bubble in my 3 jars that I started as MS. Planning to bury them in the yard with some manure on top to see if I can get a fruit or two, then going to cut them open to clone and get clean genetic material. I've got one jar that's questionable if it's clean or not, that one might just get spawned to a tupperware with a casing to do the same thing.

Eat how thick are your subs? You ever notice if thickness affects things?

In the smaller purple latch sterilites 3 inches(left image above). In the wider iris 2 inches(2 right images 2 tubs).
Im getting more yield off the subs that have more surface area and shallower sub depth.

I'm actually trying to work out a "best bang for buck-one and done sub"... I want to minimize spawn ratio while maximizing 1st flush output, and thinner/larger surface area tubs absolutely yield more than a thicker/smaller sub of the same amount of spawn and substrate: only difference being the footprint of the tubs used... I'm also playing with initial moisture content, increased air exchange and bottom waters both introduced at different times, light intensity and temperature swings... Love it, nice work Eat! (Per usual)

Look at this mass. And some furry legs lol. This is a dense flush. The fruits are bugger than before and i put a thicker top layer on this tub. Subs 3 inch deep from flush above. Im letting 1/3 of the tub mature more because of small pins. Im gonna bet this is 7z dry or more.

That looks like it would be so satisfying to grab a handful and pull them out.
So they seem to like thick top layers eh

These are beast mode: I wish they weren't so stringy... or that there were fewer larger fruit: but it it's still a thing of beauty!

This jar got shaken last week, it's going REAL slow now, but I'm seeing ropy growth...Uncolonized grain doesn't look bacterial or anything. Opinions?

This jar is totally colonized but looks off to me...I'm thinking about spawning it in a tuperware to plain coir just to get a clean fruit to clone. Beats planting it in the yard!

Is it APEU/LPEU? It's definitely bacterial as fuck
This is a post better suited for cultivation general discussion in either event

Idk, Iโve never seen a jar of corn that didnโt look horrible to me but I think thatโs just how it looks.
