That is scalloping and most likely the myc is avoiding bacteria. Take a small sample and run it through a cabin.

Personally I would not send that, I would transfer a tiny piece of leading edge to a clean plate.  If it kept splitting I would go to brf puck and back to agar.  Still split after that and I’d go back to spore.

TCs are not a monolith.  We don’t have the same opinions, areas of skill, or styles of growing :shrug:

What about the plates here?

I'm looking at the enmeshed look that AKA mentions, pretty subtle. I don't think you can transfer away from w/e this is easily anyways.
