Clean spawn recovers within 48 hours...correct me if I am wrong someone?

All of the above were multispore spawned to Damion5050's bucket tek with no casing.  Tubs were taped until colonized, then put into fruiting (this was a few years back, I would fruit at spawning now).  I've done it both ways & actually prefer no casing layer with APE and PEU.  IT makes them easier to clean after harvest & yields do not suffer much.

I don't know that they were ready to shake but I rushed wanted to spread the mycelium better. Does early shaking lead to bacteria?

In retrospect, I wish I had used quarter plate wedges for all my jars instead of half that way and half with quarter wedges cut into 8 pieces.

The single large wedge colonized much better and faster than a lot of small ones. Oh well I'll remember hat part next time.

Shaking exposes bacteria. It's not the cause it's the diagnosis. I usually give 2 days to recover. If it takes more than 2 I won't use it for G2G and if it takes more than 3 I won't use it for spawn and I top fruit them.

Same here. Works wonders!! This go-round I was actually worried I made my agar too stiff as it didn't really break up in my water well when I shook it and then after inoculation I feared I didn't use enough Li or mix well enough for it to work. But sure enough, moving right along! However, next time I'll definitely be using a softer agar mix for the plates I know are going to LI

Moab i have noticed on the li my myc is sometimes a bit weak looking also it could be a bit bacterial but ive used bacterial grain and got 5 flushes they werent anything special but that spawn looks good to use but as pasty said shakinh exposes to cintams so a g2g on a jar that is a little bacterial will be really bad after a g2g transfer
