A picture tells a thousand words...



I've used neural networks before for statistical applications so am familiar with the area. Another common application is image recognition and this article concerns that, though with a major twist.

How interesting that when you mess with a digital attempt at human image processing you end up with images that trippers know too well.

It is anecdotally interesting that these neural networks makes sense of images in a similar fashion as people's brains who are on psychedelics.  I wonder if either subject could inform the other at this point.
