Signposts on the path to God.... number 1

1) Watch the wake you leave behind you. Are you walking your talk? Backtrack yourself. Is there a trail of misunderstanding, pain, animosity, and grief behind you? These things are all lessons and they are also a result of your choices. As you approach God your choices will be such that there is less pain etc. in your wake.

Given the state of the earth we must accelerate our release from past issues. Over attachment to the grief in our history may be a sign of brain patterns that are fueled by the pain of those past experiences. These brain patterns can be very deeply ingrained in usand they can be released in a millisecond. The sooner you pry yourself apart from this cycle of internal criticism and pain the sooner you will come to know the truth of who you are. We can choose to live in pain or we can move on RIGHT NOW. Doing this kind of inner work has incredible ripple effects throughout the universe.

These words were written by a friend about some teachings of a nother friend of mine. I will post the rest of the letter I recieved daily.

Its up to you what god I am talking about. I am talking about becoming more spritual. Or maybe becoming less harmful and more of a peaceful person . I am not pushing any religion. Its up to you what your path is mine is a spritual one. All I am pushing is peace and if your not interested thats fine by me..

'Backtrack yourself' ?
Droz my friends are trackers. So the term backtrack means to look at what you have left behind you. Trackers look at an animals track and can visualize what that animal was doing, thinking, ect.

That is like freeing your self from your mental chains. Don't let past experiances hold you back. Look at those experiences and learn from them then let them go and move on. Dont let a bad time in your life effect the rest of your life.

also must remember that everything else about our current global state is accelerating, so we should do that too... weird though how society changes faster and faster (the acceleration itself accelerates) while each individual member of it changes slower and slower.
