Ok, so you're in hell because of all the "evil" shit you've done.
You did all that "evil" shit because the devil told you to, right?
So when you get to hell, why would Satan torture you?
You carried out his bidding, and listened to that Twisted Sister record or whatever it was and now he's going to torture you?

I think the concept of the Devil is a fable created to make us feel more alienated from Nature and our true selves.. Our true selves are beings that Do What They Will, which is dangerous to those in charge. You can't just have people running around doing what they will! you can't have good with out evil, so i guess you can't have god without satan. The idea of some red asshole with horns and a pitchfork is certainly bullshit, but evil is very much real. The notion of satan is just an attempt to give evil a face and a name. It would probably be more acurate to say george bush is Satan than to say satan is some red asshole who live's to bring you to hell so he can torment you for eternity.

This assumes that god is good, which I do not believe to be the case. God is neither good nor evil. Good and evil are things that can only be experienced subjectively. They are of no consequence for god.

I believe "Satan" to represent the dark things mankind is capable of. By attaching a face and origin to the awful things we can do, it helps gives us control over them by confronting those emotions in a way we can reject them. It is comfortable for people to cast down on something if it's labeled "evil", however, as it is most often the case, things aren't really so black & white, which is why we have so many problems with morallity. It's as if we are trying to control our behavior on a grand scale by denying ourselves of "impure thoughts".
If you look at the creation story, it's Satan which tempts our species to "know" of good & evil. That right there explains how we are capable of murder, at least from a Bibical sense. I believe "God" (or whatever you want to call "It") to be amoral, and that all the immoral things that we do are catalysts for us to change ourselves by. The point, at least I believe, is for us to shed our "evil" by understanding ourselves so we are only peaceful and loving and no longer need to do negative things. That's the way I see it at least.

You don't go to hell because you did EVIL shit, it's because you choose to do EVL shit.
Drugs are out there, alcohol, sex, everything...well those are, as I call them. the devils' temptations, very tempting arn't they ?
You choose to be with the devil, then that's your decision.
I truley beleive that if you are a good person inside you will not go to hell. No matter what you do, if your soul is good, then thats it, you're fine.
I hate talking about god and the devil, makes me think about death, and I don;t like death.

I dont know if I am correct but wasnt Lucifer banished from Heaven because he though differently on how things should be ran? Like going against God's plan and rules and shit? Lucifer wasnt evil but just though differently and God didnt like that and sent him packing.

Lucifer is just an archangel who decided to take matters into his own hands. There is no hell, except for the one you create for yourself, in your mind. He acts as a balancing force for the physical universe. Nirvana and Hell are simply mind states. Lucifer just happens to favor the pleasures of the flesh more than spirit.
