Changing vibes?

Ive noticed for the passed few months, and its been getting increasingly stronger - that my whole body seems to change emotionally and sensations and mind are different at night.


Hard to explain - but I feel much more in tune with my body at night. I also seem more aware of my souroundings. Something else I notice is that I have trouble concentrating on things like reading at night too.


Similiar things happen during storms...it almost seems as if my body is becoming a lot more sensitive to my atmosphere.


Anyone else experience this? I consider this spiritual because spirituality is the betterment of the body, soul, and mind.


I think the medical condition might be bi-polar....but the medical establishment doesnt know why so many people seem to be getting this....and why its getting worse/stronger.



Anyone care to further what I said?

I enjoy it - however I wish there was a constant in my emotions.....instead of it varying each night to something else.



I guess this in itself is a lesson. To become attached to a certain mindframe, or set of emotions causes suffering.

i have destroyed my egos emotions, it takes years of intense mind training, unless it doesnt. i create my own emotions with out it effecting my energy level.

Change is the only constant variable.

... Some of you math junkies may have a problem with that. I had trouble when I stated that to some engineers once...  I think its cause i was relatively young and thay didn't want to listen to a punk ass kid.

Oh well... I still stand by that statement.  :grin:

very hard to explain though isnt it? :smile:

maybe we are just tuning in with our memories of experiences during that particular aptmosphere.    whatever it is, it feels good to just feel it.

Great topic...many people are experiencing increased spiritual awareness as earth is entering a new stage of existence. Lots of these people are suffering from anything from intense mood swings to joint problems and basically everything that you can think of. Lots of people are going to phychologists that prescribe medications that do stop the symptoms but at the same time cease spiritual growth. One example I am aware of is someone on the verge of something big who was going through many problems and was eventually diagnosed with a brain tumor...when she went in to get an MRI they found nothing. One thing that we can learn from this is that doctors do not know everything and that medications are not the cure-all that many would like us to believe. The only true cure to any problem comes from within.

4th dimension is basically higher state of consciousness.
One where you are in tune with the feelings and energies of those around you..one where telepathy is a common form of communication..it's a 'place' of feeling united, as an individual within a giant web of connectedness, instead of the 3rd dimensional feeling of separation. It is less physical and more spiritual than the 3rd dimension. It is a higher, faster vibration, speaking sub-atomically. It is a place where subconscious and conscious mind are one, instead of being separated. It is a new plateu on which to experience new life lessons and levels of being, to expand and control the mental and spiritual powers. It is a place where thought manifests into reality instantly. To continue evolving as a consciousness..

This is gonna get a little wierd, maybe.....

First, and foremost....  This place, where we are, is within the fourth dimension... Where time is the fourth dimension; this is outside of your body physical...  This idea is supported by Einstein.

There is also another meaning ( and here is where the confusion will set in, maybe ).....  THe fourth dimension, because of the way english goes, has dual meaning. 

The second meaning refers to the fourth density.  That, aspect of dimension, refers to your mental characteristics / mental vibrationnal frequencies...  It's like becoming more aware of what it's all about... Keep in mind though, that your mind involves "physical" concepts as well...  so the two meanings overlap, yielding in connectedness of the real physical and the mental physical.

I think, its synonymous to experiencing an "AH-HA !!! " phenomenon...  where something all of a sudden becomes obvious to you... when before you weren't aware of it...  I also think that it could somehow relate to the religious term: Epiphany.

I'm not sure if anyone can really tell you how to do it... They'll say meditation, relaxation, contemplation, reflection, etc... But to someone who is foreign to those processes, those words are rather abstract.

It'll just take practice. Learn how to better feel your way around to understand what is out there. Hellen Keller did it... and so can YOU !!!!
