This is such a stupid remark. If its so easy than why do MOST (over 70%) fail? You people act as if people want to be overweight. Do you even consider the psychological reasons? Well, they fail lik smokers; they have no will. I have smoked alot with my friends, they hand roll, and I've never gotten addicted. I love weed and smoke whenever I can, but I've gone without. I love food, but I'm not a fat fuck who uses the "disease" excuse so I can shovel that eighth slice of pizza in before flopping. Unless you are on heroin, methadone, crack, or coke, and the last to to a lesser extent, then you have no excuse. If your addiction isn't being fed just to keep from getting sick from withdrawals, then stop not fighting. I mean, do a push-up, I've done 120 counter push-offs today. And this "it's always there"garbage, well, you can get your next fix at mealtime, and hell, eat MORE then go for a walk.
