exactly! and what is fat? give me a single explanation.

some of it is glands, but that happy couple feeding each other cake, while its funny, they simply dont care. they are what they are.

it isnt easy for everyone. Me, i like to eat. I do want to be thinner, and I yo you a little bit, but we are not all ectomorphs, and Coaster fits that bill. At least endomorphic peopl can put on good muscle.

what a snobby ass elitis attitude, from a k head who lives with roaches. I put some weight back because you cant diet much while lifting weights and doing karate, theres just no way to build muscle.

look at what you can get at the store. we cant all cook and cant spend the time, we cant all have the same frame, and so many things with protein that actually fill me up have a bunch of fat too. in fact you need a little fat to process protein.

i lost like 20 pounds by running 20 minutes a day on a treadmill (okay, powerwalking) doing karate, and eating like 400 or so calories of almost nothing but protein, like tuna and some slim fast. it worked but even after a few days i had to start eating again. it isnt THAT easy

now I lift weights and I just dont care that much. I do my best and have changed a few things, i try not to drink soda, and sometimes eating 6 smaller meals a day is better than a few large ones for metabolic reasons.

do you think there would be all this research, and weight loss doctors, etc if this was all so easy? lots of fat people are smart. and even they often are jolly and poke fun at themselves, so stop talking trash Coastard because all you got to eat is ramen and cockaroaches, and ketamine.

i didnt have THAT much trouble, its all about burning more calories than you eat for the most part.

just because i was willing to starve myself with only protein as a buffer and have ketosis fry away tons of fat, just so i could get back into clothes, doesnt mean it works for everyone and i didnt have that much to lose.

it gets away from you. right now i lift too much weights to diet. if i diet, its all or nothing. i would rather suffer a lot for 2-3 days to a week or so to get it over with than to fart around with some kind of long winded diet that makes it hard.

coaster probably cant lift shit. im sure some fatties dont have that problem. also some people are fat and fit, alot of the good looking chubby chicks are like this, they keep the cellulite and bulgyness away.

a lot of martial artists are fast, flexible fat guys. its kinda strange.

i went from 230 to 190 in 20 months!  Small changes make the difference!  drink lots of water, and eat sensibly.  Dont eat a Bag of lays, eat some veggies...  and once u start eating healthy, junk food looses its apeal!  I havent had fast food or pop in over a year!

or had to meet them in the back of a dark building

Most people are overweight because junk food is SO much cheaper then healthy food.  Also most people know nothing about proper nutrition.  ex.  "this Mcdeal has fries so im getting my protein AND vegetable" :P
