And I live with a fat guy. They love to do work when it involves making food, but when it comes time to clean up after themselves, that's a different story.

yeah man I've always seen it this way too.

Its not hard to stay healthy... just do some basic exersizes and eat right.

Obviously some people are fatter than others because of genetics and whatnot but it shouldnt even be possible to get up to 300+ lbs unless you are like 6'6" all muscle and body build/play pro sports

Obesity isn't exactly that easy to overcome. It requires a strong will. People who make irresponsible decisions about what they eat, and how they exercise may gain a lot of weight. Once reaching 250 pounds and greater, exercising becomes much more difficult- and what do they do to cope with their stress? Eat more. It's a perpetuating cycle.

Also, I'd like to note that most of us probably have a high metabolic rate. People with slow metabolism have a VERY HARD time losing weight, compared to us.

I used to weigh 295 lbs... I was too fat so I stopped eating so much, and started drinking more water. I now weigh a comfortable 235 lbs. :shrug:

I don't mind fat, happy people that don't bitch about it... I dislike fat people who complain about being fat and do nothing to change it.
