Yeah have you even been stopped on a suspicionless stop by DHS agents?  Because i do 2-3 times everytime i drive from Tucson to San Diego.  I take US 8, the highway doesn't even intersect with the US/MX border. No one can stop you for inspection unless they have suspicion.  Fourth amendment says you have to have probable cause.  So you can sit here and say this is all bullshit, thats fine pal.  But im saying from my actual experience, i can verify this map is accurate for southern arizona and southern california.  Other people have documented this too in other states.  The picture in the original post is from the road outside of where im sitting.  I live 40+ miles from the border.

If you haven't check out the youtube videos that I posted above.  I think he filmed the same stretch of road.  The videos are a bit long and drawn out, but the way he handles the BP is very funny.
