Marijuana and other "light" psychoactive use should be around age 17, all hallucinogenics should require a permit which costs maybe 5-15 bucks to go to a seminar or something, but then you can just buy them at a specialized store for that kind of thing. Opiates and highly addictive designer drugs may be enjoyed while in the presence of an experienced medical professional, and only by their approval, and that of a local gov. official (this is assuming by this time, the social stigma of drugs=bad is gone, and govt officials don't lose their reps by supporting this kind of thing.)

Growing permits are fairly easily attainable, but selling is only permitted without another permit (also fairly easily attainable, but grow are subject to inspection (also assuming by this point, cops are there to PROTECT us, not intimidate us)) in amounts smaller than a quarter ounce.
Selling more than a quarter O with no permit of entheogens and psychedelics is a minor fee, while high order trafficking and selling highly addictive drugs is possibly high jail time. People should have a right to do things that won't hurt them, but some people just can't control themselves after that first morphine/opium/crack, so they'll need a nurse or doctor to approve of it and make sure they don't get out of control addicted.

Maybe after another joint you could come up with an even more convoluted system. When I see posts like this it makes me wonder why some of you even want legalization. Don't you see the value in a system that places the onus on individuals to use drugs responsibly? Why place that responsibility on doctors and nurses and legislators? It sounds like you just want to get high.

if you're getting name brand tussin, you gotta get the one that says 'long acting'..

on generic tussin it's the one that says maximum strength.. they sell it at heb for like 2.69 or something for the 8 oz.

i wont touch the stuff anymore though.. :laugh:

Holy shit I just talked to some close minded people...

"All drugs are the same, they all get you high"

"Anything you can do high (high referring to any substance), you can do sober"

"All drugs do the same thing, just more or less intense, like weed and alcohol is = to E"

fukin morons... so I asked them "Well how are heroin and DMT the same then" the response being "I don't even know what that is, okay well maybe just the more common ones do the same thing" so the argument doesn't really make any sense to say that all drugs are bad because some of them kinda do similar things.

Another argued that psychedelics are stupid because you're using a substance to "have a spiritual or self-realization experience like instantly, theres no work involved"

shit i guess technology is stupid because e-mail is a lot quicker than snail mail.

When I brought up the fact that "No drug is good or bad, they're all just A drug, what someone does with them determines the postive or negative outcome. Look at medicine, those are drugs"

Reponse was that "well medicine solves problems" well so does LSD.
