there's your problem right there, you've been working in OPPOSITION to it. There can be no opposition in a zen state.

loosen your definition of paranormal, take too many mushrooms too often, and you'll get paranormal comin out yer ears and you'll be posting about whether or not you're going insane and asking us to make it stop.

If I were you (and I'm not), I would work on developing normalcy.

The ego's quest for 'powers' is rejected by Western psychology and virtually all High (transcendental) spiritual traditions. Parapsychologists (J.B. Rhine, Bob Brier, Gertrude Schmeildler, Charles Tart, etc.) would most likely agree that paranormal events constellate around beings who are operating from a Higher center than the power-hungry ego. Well thanks for your advice about normalcy, im saved "J.B. Rhine, Bob Brier, Gertrude Schmeildler, Charles Tart" to a text document and ill look for there e-books tonight on irc.undernet. I was always working towards powers :strokebeard: but yeah i'm working towards some harmony. I ususally avoid this forum and stay out of the mysticism forum and Rahie's web-site because of the irrelevance of mysticism. I read a lot in the Philosophy forum however and a lot of philosophy and psychology books to get down to "brass tax". But you and machination get 5+ shrooms.
