Re: Please tell me about the SPIRIT/BODY connection [Re: Gomp]
    #5965607 -

for me this connection is felt mainly when i let it go :smirk:
facial expressions reflect the inner state of the mind/spirit... i used to frowen a alot and get head aches untill i learned to release and saparate the body from the mind, although it's not always a good thing...

when i was a small boy one of my biggest fears was getting a hard on in public
that body/spirit connection was something that "should" only happen in very specific situations... i learned to opress my body and saparate the mind, i'm pretty sure that made a big diffrance on my personality and sadly i must admit contributed alot to my sexual thrustration (maybe because i wasn't aware of it as beign a bad thing)

so right now i feel almost incapable of getting turned on by any girl... it takes extream situations and states of mind to allow my self to let my body do it's thing!
i'm past my teenage hormon years... i've contamplated the fact that "love" is some hormonal feat you can only easily reach in your horny teen years where as later in life it takes alot of dismanteling of past blocks to reach such a hormonal state...

i've also expirianced it the other way around!
i've managed to make my spirit happy and even exstatic bye using my body (dancing/meditating and practising the connection in an artistic frame... mostly on drugs but sometimes even sober which is much more fulfilling!)

Consciousness is the intersection.
With consciousness comes awareness. We choose where to focus our awareness. Become aware of the "spiritual" causes of your physical diseases, and you've taken the first step towards healing.

keep in mind...this 'body' is mainly just space. less than one billionth of it is material.
