No human is intelligent enough to post in such a forum, yet we all do it for fun, and some to feel smart.

I'm just saying, people have their limits, and they always (at specially here) dumb down the complexity of the universe to something they can understand.

hah, I just made a post basicly to say hello and introduce myself. It's crazy what some of you have responded to this.  I did not expect to provide any proof for anything i said, hah. Please loose your ego just a bit.  I am who I am and no one can change that.

This is a debate forum, if you just want to blather inanities there is always the PUB

my only proof is my life experience with all my circumstances. Everybody grows up differently therefore thinks and believes differently about the "supernatural." Everything is different. You really think two people could believe in the same exact thing? God knows your plan. You have free will. He uses people.

You could go on to explain any kind of proof of the existence of God but you could always disagree against that proof. Could there be a real proof for God? That would get rid of faith. Then we're the only one here? Ack, that's boring.

That's what physics and math is for.  You think we discovered everything about our world?  About our galaxy, universe?

Then why do you pretend that your life experience proves the existence of God "who knows my plan and uses people"?

Boring for you maybe because you lack imagination. I find a universe without a personal God immensely fascinating and wild beyond imagination. :mushroom2:

I've always been a fan of Gardener's theory of Multiple Intelligences, though it is incomplete (there are many more than 8 categories of intelligece- too many to name).

We are all geniuses in some way or another.

I've said this before, I'll say it again:

God divides and distributes avantages and disadvantages among people in the same way that Capcom does this for Street Fighter Characters.

Some of us are fast and weak, others are slow and strong. But we can all win the game if we master ourselves and learn to overcome our shortcomings and properly apply our strengths and talents.

This is a house of discussion. We question, and do not accept a statement or idea simply because it is an expressed opinion. We require basis, and such discussion is beneficial in producing basis.

A place to exchange your thoughts without facing direct critism and you have as much time as you want to post your COMPLETE thought.

Without one personally facing direct criticism, or without one's ideas facing direct criticism?

In this forum, it is not acceptable to discuss the person expressing the ideas. No personalisms, no analyzation of the person. This is a place of exchanging and sharing thoughts, ideas, and expressions, and this is a place where thoughts, ideas, and expressions are likely to be directly criticized. This is what distinguishes this forum from Mysticism, Religion, and Paranormal. Your ideas will discussed as others wish to discuss them.

Please loose your ego just a bit.

See, this isn't off to a good start. One probably shouldn't be making these kind of statements. Honestly, these kind of statements contribute nothing to a discussion. They don't exactly align with the intent of this forum, and they offer nothing to one's point that one is trying to convey.

Consider relaxing a bit and not making these types of statements. Discuss the ideas. Its difficult to really know the person you are conversing with through here anyways, so try not to make assumptions.

Quote:
I am who I am and no one can change that.

That which one is exists in a state of constant change, as a result of continuous interaction with one's environment (reality). The nature of the fact is that we all influence the change of everyone involved here. Behavior has far-reaching consequences. We are not nearly as much so in control of "who we are" as we might like to think. :stoned:
