If his sentence structure has improved dramatically, I would hate to attempt to read his previous sentences. Especially considering that when one forms an interrogative sentence, they should always punctuate with a question mark (?). Simple punctuation is one of most fundamental aspects of good sentence structure.

Finding Peterson guilty is a no brainer. A statement of the obvious is not a prediction.
