Sorry the holiday inn was a joke. There commercials always have a guy doing something off the wall like winning a game show and when asked where he went to college he responds that he did not get out of the 6th grade, but he staid at a holiday inn once.

The memory has been vary helpful.

As funny as it sounds, I got tired of the cops telling me what the law said. The look on there face when you can quote it to them is worth it.

For example:

Officer: "Will you consent to us searching the vehicle?"

Me: "No, I do not consent to a search!"

Officer: "What do you have to hide?"

Me: "Nothing, I personally object to allowing a person or state employee to search my positions with out a warrant."

Officer: "If you do not consent to a search, Ill arrest you and impound your vehicle. Then we will search it at the station."

Me: "Penal code article 59.03 Subsection 4 states that the search and seizure mush be incident to a lawful arrest, lawful search, or lawful search incident to arrest. If you arrest me for this minor traffic violation with the soul intent of searching my vehicle ill not only press local charges, ill also file federal charges against both you and your partner under USC title 18, part 1, chapter 13, section 241 for conspiring to intimidate me with the intent being to deprive me of my 4th Amendment rights. If found guilty you will be facing 10 years in the federal prison!"

At this point the officer normally shuts up and ether hands me a ticket or lets me go with a warning. The latter being more common.
It has been suggested that they may think me to be an attorney and not wanting to press there luck with a ticket.

Me, too.  But again, I don't think that the way I did things is the right way for everyone.  In fact, when someone tells me that they have thought about being an attorney, I try to dissuade that person.  I'm all for a person finding what he's going to be happy doing, even if it's being a janitor, because that person will be happier doing what he loves rather than doing what he hates, just to make money.

I'm only saying, with this thread, if you're an able-bodied person, and you aren't too fucked up ( ), DO SOMETHING!!

However in stereotyping the swathe of people that aren't achieving their dreams, and for whatever reason find it 'too fucking hard', as 'lazy fucks' I think you may well be being a little narrow, uncompassionate and self-righteous. This may not have been your intention but it's certainly what came across from your initial post - i.e. what separates 'lazy fuckers' (underlings with a personality defect) from  those like you (the great achiever with the magic quality - me! me! me!).

That guy truly is a lazy fuck.  He rips people off, he lies, cheats, etc.  He even stoops to pretending to be a lawyer and collects money.  Poor guy?  What's poor about him?  Those are his choices.  I would not live that way, so it's difficult to have empathy for him. 

Are you a liberal, by any chance?  In general, liberals say "let's feel sorry for everyone, and give them money if they're poor, because these poor, poor people can't do it themselves."

Jel, I stupidly wrote about my accomplishments when I wrote that some people are lazy fucks who sit around and do nothing when they could work hard etc. 

I am a bad person for thinking highly of myself and my accomplishments, and I am a bad person for not having empathy for someone who is a lazy fuck.  I have no empathy, or compassion, and I think way too highly of myself. 

I think that sums things up.
