dude i want to but i been fucking with to many of these internet dating site hoes i can prep seed if there here :shrug: i have a 1 tub ready to fruit in a few days :shrug: but ya i gotta get back to focusing i woulda xfered these a few days ago :rockon:

So you've just been doing transfers from perfect plates to keep the culture going while you chase tail?

After a few failed attempt and gave up for 2 years. I restarted from spores to agar, cleaned up the agar, picking fast growing rhizo growth. I just need to dial in the tub more and harvest a bit sooner because it spore'd.

What would be a good test dosage for orchra? For reference, I test TTBVI @ 0.2g. I want to test it around that level.

I went with 0.7g

och potency is typically in the 2x range compared to cubes (agree) but many people on reddit said 3 so I wanted to hedge. Picked that number because if it does turn out to be 3x, a 2.1g trip is still quite manageable IMO if you get more than you bargained for.

It is a bit of a middling dose, enough to be noticeable and distracting and take up bandwidth, but not enough to be particularly fun or interesting. But that's testers for ya, sometimes trips are just homework :lol:

Like huskies said, they will probably fruit in the tub as is. Though you may also find they require a little dialing in. if you start seeing stunted mushrooms, mycelium consuming the mushrooms, or stalling, you should start dialing your tub like described in this Tek.

Sounds like a good plan. Cracking the lid and letting it be will allow passive airflow.

Sneak a peak every day or two to make sure the surface conditions are remaining good and everything is growing as it should be, but otherwise you should be able to just set and forget.:mushroom2:
