most migrants aren't vaccinated, but it's not immigrants, its nonvaccinated, but not people who weren't vaccinated due to lack of access, but chose to not get vaccinated. Also, the US declared measles eliminated in the late 90s/early 00s. So if it had been eliminated, how did it come back? Either it came back because the vaccine strain mutated OR it came back because of a reintroduction from places it wasn't eliminated.
