"Grim Dawn" is worth looking at. Lots ways to build and tune your characters. Pretty decent story and art design too. It goes on decent sales from time to time and has several expansions.

Not shooter.  But I really enjoyed the God of War games and Assassin's creeds. And I'm not a really a big gamer type.  I play very little..  as far as the gamer in the house.  that would be my wife.

Dang. Somehow I missed this.  My bad churp.

So ya. My son absolutely loved it.  One of his things he really hates is  getting water on his face.

If he ges splashed on his face he'll keep his eyes closed until you dry his face of with a towel.

He's gotten alot better about it now thats hes older and we've practiced alot in the shower.    But in general he'd still rather not get his face wet.

So that was a little tough at first. Him getting used to the crashing waves and salt water in the eyes took some Time.

But after abbout an hour or so. He realized he couldn't go in everytime to wipe his face on a towel.  And the fun and excitement proved to out weight his concern about his face.

I had to drag him out by the 4th hour for a break.

we can't let him go much longer because once his hands get too pruney they start to crack and stuff when he does his stemming which consist of flicking  and blowing his fingers constantly.

I do miss the days of being able to just camp out in tents or in a van but due to some of the things I described about my son and a lot of others that happen to affect him..

that's almost impossible. We have to have a roof over our head for him.

My baby girl loved it as well.  And thanks so much for your recognition

We've been trying so hard for the past 11  years To have her.  And give our son a sibling.  While once upon a time we wished they weren't 11 years apart from eachother on thier first beach vacation.

We couldn't be truly happier today. It took many attempts and even more losses to get here.  It really makes it all that much more special.

We're truly grateful to the woman from the other side of the world who was so gracious enough to donte her eggs to us and make all of this possible..

Our dreams have come true on so many different levels.

That's awesome! And if that situation turned around in just one hour, I mean, what more could you ask for with a kid with autism? That's really fast.

Sounds like you guys had a great time. Fucking kids in the sea, how do they do it? Had to drag mine out as well. I've had my fair share after about 30 mins but they just keep going and going.

As for the subtrops / semps... Pan cyans would seem like a good bet. In spite of all the hype, subtrops never zorped me like good old pans. That said I'd never voluntarily ingest three dried grams of subtrops, thank you very much.

And @Belintaf, that sucks man. Your friend was lucky not to be asleep in there ... I hope insurance pays out a reasonable amount. Don't know how it works in Spain, but here you get a lump sum for the vehicle if repairs outweigh estimated total value.
That looks pretty total lossish.
Luckily no one got hurt

Seconding the rec for Grim Dawn.  It absolutely fuckin rules and blasts Diablo into chunky salsa.  Like, I'll always have a special place in my heart for the first Diablo, but Grim Dawn is just too damn good.

Hey, Awfullotofshrooms!

I gotta confess I'm a huge fan of Fallout, especially the first few games. I don't really consider myself a big gamer, but I like getting back into video games every now and then — the mood just has to strike me.

Earlier this year during spring, I actually replayed Fallout 1, 2, and New Vegas (in that order). I don't really care for the rest, to be honest — they don't have the same creators, so they lose that signature decadent dark humor, deep writing, and RPG mechanics.

Arcanum is also a great title, made by the exact same devs.

Honestly I understand that but I'm still admittedly a huge fan of fallout 4 even though it could have been better. I haven't played any others yet but I wanna play new Vegas first and also fallout three before I play fallout 76. Not a huge gamer either but I play days gone occasionally and some Fortnite a few times a week. I also played battlefield 6 but my brother deleted it to make room for skate 4 and COD

Big fallout fan here.
I really liked building settlement when that was one of the most under developed parts of fallout four. Without that I would say new Vegas isn't as fun but it's still got all the story elements and all of the adventuring.
Genuinely a great time.

Sure, it all depends on what you're looking for...

Fallout 4 is a good action and building sandbox — as an RPG, it's pretty weak.

Personally, I'm more into role-playing games, and New Vegas is a masterpiece in that regard. I like getting immersed in the story, watching my character grow, and having actual choices.

Fallout 1 and 2, Baldur's Gate 1 and 2, Arcanum, Vampire: The Masquerade and Morrowind — that's my golden era.

I miss games with that level of depth. :crying:

I've been playing the full release of Palworld.

I enjoy the crafting and base building mechanics of survival type games, but Palworld is cozy instead of terrifying.

I swear I spent half my time playing Ark just retrieving my possessions from my dead body.

For Palworld, I have it set so that I keep all my stuff when I die, and my Pals just need to be healed after being downed.

It's a great game to trip to
