Dividing up God into the Holy Trinity is so dual, there are three of them :smile:

If you crown Jesus “God’s Only Begotten Son” it creates a Duality between Jesus and the rest of us, who apparently are another kind of excretion.

Jesus himself said “Know ye are Gods, you are all children of the Most High!” dsputing this directly but most churches twist that so out of shape that it amounts to “nah, ignore that, nothing to see here."

I definitely wonder at times just how many distortions found their way into scripture, especially the gospels.

Not to mention the issues with converting from language to language, Aramaic to Greek to English.


If Jesus were to appear telepathically in the 20th century to a white professor at Columbia University, it would make sense that he would use new ways to articulate himself. Being in the post-modern era, there was probably more receptivity to non-dual teachings, as well. Compared to Romans and Jews 2,000 years ago.

I read the ACIM and now I am a pagan idol worshiper..

I don't think you need to believe everything in the Course to have it benefit you..

Just the idea of miraculous mindfulness is cool in and of itself..

The belief among some Mormons that God will turn them into a lesser god with their own planet.

Imagine dying, getting into heaven on good terms and now you got administrative work! For some that'd be its own kind of hell.

How rules the threefold nature? Time is threefold boss I guess, and bodies physical, subtle, spiritual..
