I have Ghost growing in a PF TEK jar.  Can I take a bit of the mycelium and transfer it to agar?  It is the last of the solution I have in the jar that is colonizing, but very, very slowly.

Previously, I did try to clean the MSS up with several agar transfers, and it looked good, put it in grain that colonized but stalled and crapped out in the tub.

I am desperate to get just one fruit that I can clone.

One of my current grow logs totally related to what you asked.

How can I add links that say exactly what they are? Rather than a string of letters and numbers relating to the address? I've been slacking on doing that, but want to post more elequintely. Thanks for any help!:mushroom2::heart:

Thanks. I would say it’s maybe 15 ish dry it was 211 wet and i usually get 6-8% dry weight with these. I have larger and smaller molds and I’m using my own gummy recipe so I can make the batch small (active tea makes it easy) and use bigger molds. Thanks for a reference point.

I might have to guess on the stones? I don’t even know what a good fresh dose is for stones, I have heard 1/2 fresh fruit weight but idk? It was a trip doing the stones, white liquid that turned blue as it was dehydrating.

Geez. My bad. Was in a rush.

So let’s break that down

[url=. First. Take off end bracket

/forums/showflat.php/Number/29616061] for this site, remove everything before /forums and put back JUST the ]

Save the SNAPE Failed BRF or whatever title you want

[/url] to close the coding part

So it was like this

Save the SNAPE grow log

You can write whatever you want, highlight it, and use the link button to add the URL it should go to.

it's just a convenience thing that makes the right text. you can still edit it by hand if you're feeling masochistic or want to change something small.

Code:

Okay guys I’ve had this white rabbit for a while. One is from may the one that has the super thick growth is from June. It grew super fast and over time got super thick too. I really want to grow this variety cuz it looks super cool I’m tempted to just put a bit to grain and then maybe grab some mycelium from there and put that to another plate if it doesn’t grow clean or more normal and uniform. Anyone ever have plates like this or know if it could be the variety or what could be causing this? Other then that weird look it doesn’t look contaminated at all.

Is my grain jar contaminated?  Everything looks good except for these wet spots, I'm not sure if it's merely moisture or if my jar has gone bacterial.

Ime that’s normal on some grains and with higher moisture content in the grain. Common with oats.

Doesn’t look contaminated to me

Bacterial grains usually have partially uncolonized grains pressed against the glass.

Hey has anyone used the grey Ball lids for PF Tek?  I got a bunch of em on hand that I'm considering trying out.  Plan is to drill em CBK style with one hole in the center.

For all of you who has grown/grows cannabis, is there any reasonably priced complete growkit including exhaust and light etc you can recommend for a first grow?

They tend to fit pretty tight, harder to use unmodded IME. Probably work really good for actual pf tek where you drill holes in the lids.

Yeah that's the plan.  Gonna do one hole in the center vs 4 at the edges, saw ComebackKid do that with the regular 2 piece lids so I figured I'd give it a shot.

I use the same lids for everything, 1/4"/6mm hole in the middle, filter disc. For PF Tek lid comes off in SAB, tiny squirt right in the middle of the cake CBK style (actually I often do ~5ml but just because that's how far the plunger goes onces it starts to move), lid back on. The center innoc to me is the way. When the outside is white the inside is good. And any bad shit that may have grown that didn't kill the cake is in the middle.
