Quick Question needs quick answer

I have some PF jars that i sterilised last night, they are still inside the PC (it has not been opened)I was wondering if a have to innoculate the jars tonight, or can i wait untill tomorrow afternoon? If i wait they have benn stored 48 hours in the cooker, is that too long?

Please help, i need a quick answer

You can wait until next year if you want. I did that once. 1 out of 6 contammed. Not too bad considering, but it only contammed after innoc, so it was my innoc process.
