hello, i have a quick question i couldnt locate an answer for.. 2 of my jars, as of today, appear to be totally colonized, looking from from the outside.. the others are behind, the growth hasnt reached the bottoms of the jars yet. is there any way really to know if these 2 jars are actually fully colonized, not only from the outside, but the whole volume of the BRF area aswell? this is my first grow, i believe i will be casing these in moist perlite. i just need to know when exactly it is time to pop open the jars and remove the substrate.. are there any other reasons to not let this stage of growth go on a bit longer then it should, other then some early pin formation? i just want to make sure i dont screw things up at this point. thanks in advance.

The hippie waits three full day after his cakes have colonized 100%, then he uses the 24 hour dunk tek before birthing!!
