How potent are mexicana fruits btw? I have seen reports that theyre as potent as cubes to being x3 potent

I’ve neared that as well. the last time I tried them I was also taking trazadone. It severely blunts the experience (SSRI). Insomnia and being able to trip or sleeping and not tripping has been a tough choice...

Oh my God on trazodone I’m amazed that you could even feel something. I’ve been on a level five trip and could not tolerate what I was going through. Took one low-dose trazodone and within half an hour I was completely straight.

As far as the potency of them there normally three times as potent as cubes
But because they are so fibrous more like pieces of wood than pieces of mushrooms they seem harder for my system to digest them. So sometimes the potency for the trip is different.

I was planning on taking 4g of dried tamps in a couple of weeks, but now y'all got me all scared

It will probably confuse sclerotia with fruiting bodies. AI does such things.

All ai's I've looked up and my own googling confirm that cubensis and.tampanensis fruits are in the same balpark (mexicana being milder).

What 99.9 prolly meant is that 10g fresh **stones** may be around 30g of fresh cubes

Yea I was planning to take 1g mexicana for a mild experience but now I am undecided on how much to dose on mexicana fruit haha

No, I’m talking about the dried fruits and I’m specifically talking about the MiraLAX potency test… I think that’s what it’s called or spelled I’m not sure

Those are really nice trays, it's awesome to see more involved with tamps and mexi's. I wouldn't say 3x stronger, but yeah, fruit bodies are stronger than the stones no doubt, at least 2 times IME, 2.5 at the peak. I found the tamps a touch stronger (than mexi A), but subjective (faster come up maybe) and start with a grammy, if you know thyself, 1.5, but venturing further... couldn't tell you from my own experience with them.  I like the zesty fresh stones the best, fresh (2x cubes) is different than dried (2/3) sclerotia, be careful and go slow.  Watch out with those AI searches, get you in trouble... REAL quick.  They aren't weak.

Read a old thread. From 16 yrs ago here. It said schlorotia is 2x as strong as fresh cubes when fresh. When dryed 2/3d as strong as dry cubes because water weight. On same thread it said fruiting body's on other hand is on average 2x stronger than cubes dry per dry. To 3x stronger hope that helps. I found it through a search for schlerotia in search engine

That’s correct as wheat is grass seed rice is grass seed. It’s all basically the same stuff to the mycelium.
The only thing you don’t want to do is trying to mix undesirable things to eat such as horseshit or such
Because you can never clean those stones off good enough you will eat some of your substrate for sure
Wheat and coconut husk are normally what I use
