does the indian orisa produce sclerotia ?

I have 3 month old rye jars and they are indian orisa ;there are frutebodies in the jar ,are they eatable sclerotia,sorry that I haven't got any photo of them ..

Orissa india is a strain of Psilocybe cubensis and it does not produce sclerotia. You probably have in vitro grown mushrooms. If they're not contaminated and don't smell bad then they should be OK.

I've read that Psilocybe cubensis produces sclerotia.

those are invitro cubies, not sclerotia.
still they make for fine eating so enjoy.

I don't think they produce stones, if they did then everyone would get them because even though people grow many different STRAINS of cubensis they are still the same species, that means that if orissa produced sclerotia, so would pink buffalo and Koh Samui and EQ's and every other type of cubensis.
