Kinda of proves we need a strong military,  European union nations relied on our strength to grow there economy by cutting military spending.  Everywhere else needed usaid money as aid. Soft power doesn't work when hard power shows up. Iran had deals with Russia and China to be defended but once usa comes knocking with bombs,there agreements means nothing.

Besides you doing have a government feed all its people unless they are communists and brutal.

The war in Iran is just yet another tick on the PNAC-neocon checklist. Afghanistan, Iraq, Syria, Libya etc. This agenda was decided on long before Trump took office and was originally marketed to the public as: The War on Terror. 

To focus on Trump, and pretend he’s primarily responsible for this war, intentionally diverts attention away from the far greater danger (and this is getting serious now) of those who control him and control all US (and western) politicians, as well as the media and ‘independent’ media.
