Two more violators have been caught, it seems they really enjoy tripping on the cyans :laugh:
 


The ps. cyans dried from 163g down to 15.3g.

Ps. mexicana Agosto Rancho... Currently, no spores are observed. In the upcoming days, I will try pouring a new agar with light malt extract and introducing the cultures that aren't progressing well on other agar recipies.

Couldnโ€™t let these pucks go to waste. Dunked them 24hrs and rolled in verm. Tossed them in a jar with a baggie on top. Cute little window sill grows.

I really enjoyed my first experience with agar.

Used swabs to inoculate spores from the print onto agar in my new SAB, and then transferred myc onto these four new plates






I also have one unused germ plate left. The myc on it has already eaten all the blue food coloring. How long can I store this plate before I start working with it?
