Even George Carlin knew way back in the long-long time ago that the Deep State had the "...judges in their back pocket." The corruption of the judges runs very deep.

Fortunately, when it comes to these rulings, *nothing* is set in stone until the Supreme Court rules (and Trump's had a chance to put those proper pieces in place.) Then and only then will we know what the "Law" actually is.
